Iris Remodel

Support

How can we help?

Email support@irisremodel.com from the address on your Iris account and we will reply within two business days. Include the project name and roughly when it happened if a render went wrong.

Subscriptions and credit packs

Your subscription is billed by whichever store you bought it from, so cancelling happens there too. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and purchased credits never expire.

Bought on iPhone or iPad

  • Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Choose Iris Remodel and tap Cancel Subscription.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bought on Android

  • Open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions.
  • Choose Iris Remodel under Subscriptions and tap Cancel subscription.
  • Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.

Bought on the web

  • Sign in at app.irisremodel.com, open Settings, then Manage subscription.
  • The billing portal lets you cancel, update your card and download invoices.
  • For a refund question, email support with the date of the charge.

Subscribed on your phone but the app says you have no plan? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not show, email us with the receipt from Apple or Google. The full billing terms are in the billing policy.

Credits and renders

What a render costs

  • Iris Fast: 1 credit. Iris Quality: 2 credits. HIGH quality at 2K: 3 credits, Premium only.
  • Every new account starts with 10 free credits.
  • Monthly credits arrive with each billing cycle; unused ones roll into your permanent balance.

When a render fails or looks wrong

  • A render that fails on our side refunds its credits automatically.
  • Iris keeps walls, windows, doors, ceilings and floors where they are. Ask for finishes, furniture, colour, materials and lighting.
  • Something else? Email the project name, the prompt and the time, and we will look at the render itself.

Your account

You can delete your account from Settings in any version of the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your projects, renders, prompts and credit balance go with it, and a subscription bought on the web is cancelled. A subscription bought through Apple or Google must be cancelled with them as well, or it keeps renewing.

No access to the app any more? The account deletion page explains how to request it by email.
